Ordering FAQ

Q: What credit cards are accepted on your site? How else can I pay?
A: All major credit cards are accepted, and we also proudly accept Paypal too!

Q: How will I know if my order has been received?
A: You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon placing your order.

Q: I really love your makeup but I do not live in the United States, do you ship internationally?
A: We are currently shipping only wI thin the US,  Canada and Australia

Q: If I am not satisfied with my product, can I return or exchange it?
A: Absolutely! We want all of our friends to be happy with their purchase, so you have 30 days to test it out. A deal is only a deal if you’re happy.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: All orders are processed in the order they come in. If we are having a fantastic sale, shipping may be delayed due to large quantities of orders. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed, when we are not having a sale, usually within 1-2 days. 

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, a tracking number will be provided for you.

Q: Is there someone that I can contact for help or questions?
A: Yes, you can write to us at Yourcatcosmetics@gmail.com. Leave a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours. However, due to our demanding schedules, email us questions about what shades are right for you (photos of yourself are a huge help), and someone will get back to you as soon as possible!

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: 30 days. Send the product back and we will issue a full refund, minus the shipping charges to send it back to us.

Q: Can I receive small samples of your products?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have traditional samples as of yet. If there is something you would like to try, please email us when you place an order and we will make any accommodations we can to get you a sample.
