Oh boy, this is a beauty!

Depending on your eye color, I find that sometimes, going a little rogue  with an eye pencil can be exciting! If your eyes are brown this is not exactly right for you, you would look great in Mythology, Quest, Ninja or Truffle. If your eyes  Are green or blue, this can be a great color especially on the waterline. It is truly a blue silver. watch the video and see this beautiful color!  This is my first blue eye pencil in 19 years, so you know it's got to be a gorgeous color!
