Our brand new Under Eye Brightening Powder is a soft, super fine-milled powder made especially for the under eye area to highlight and brighten.

How to use: after applying your makeup, tap a small amount of powder into the cap. Apply a light dusting to your under eye area, sweeping upwards on the sides of your eyes as well; this accentuates your cheekbones!

"First of all, I LOVE Cat’s products. It’s the only thing I use. Since I’m on a limited income… I’m 87 yrs old…. I buy products when Cat puts them on Sale. A Unique and Indispensable Product

"I've been using the brightening powder since Cat first introduced it years ago, and am never without it. It makes a big difference by adding color and luminance under my eyes. I have stopped wearing concealer because it tended to dry out that sensitive skin and magnify imperfections by creasing in those fine lines we all develop as time goes by. The brightening powder does not dry out at all, but, rather, lasts all day and well into the evening. I don't know of any company making a comparable product which is why I always have a spare on hand!"

"Although I like concealer, I use this “Under Eye Brightening Powder” instead of concealer most of the time. It never bothers my eyes, which demonstrates what a good-quality product this is.
