The finer the liner the more defined the eye.

This liner brush is perfect for that tight line right at the base of the lash line upper and/or lower. Whether you use cake liner or eye shadows as a liner, the closer to the lashes you get, the more your eye is going to pop.

I like to use a cake liner (see our liner shadow duos) and then smoke them out with matching shadows, but that tight line is a staple for the defined eye. This brush is the one!
