Smoking is a way to shove our feelings down.
There is one thing we truly do know about smoking, and that is that it will kill you. Therefore, one could argue that smoking is a type of slow suicide.
Some people like to smoke and do so even understanding that the consequences are severe. To them I say, "enjoy your cigarette."
However, if you have had enough, are tired of feeling as if you have no energy, tired of being banned to the outside with the other smokers, smelling like an ash tray, and being a slave to a cigarette, then let's get busy.
